FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who can audition?
Anyone between the age of 12-20. You do not need to be a Calabasas High School student to audition for the summer production.
How are we keeping it safe?
Anyone involved in the summer production will be expected to either be vaccinated or receive weekly Covid tests to show that they are negative. The same guidelines will be expected of all audience members attending our show.
When do we rehearse?
Rehearsals typically take place Monday-Friday after summer school sessions (2pm-6pm). Click button above for schedule.
How much does it cost?
We have three cost schedules. There is a $850 registration fee for students wishing to be part of the cast with a $200 deposit required to reserve an audition time. The registration fee for students wishing to participate in either crew or pit band is $350. The fee covers the cost of the production, including staffing, rental of the space, and materials. Will everyone be cast?
Yes, we will find a place in the show for everyone who auditions. This show has great ways to highlight acting, singing, and dancing.
Why join the crew?
Have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with professional level technology. All of our staff are experts in their field and tremendous with training students interested in technical theater. Areas include: Set construction and painting, Lighting, Sound, Props, Costumes, Hair and Makeup, Stage Management and backstage crew ) No previous experience needed. We will teach you everything you need to know!
